One-Stop Shop

Under the guidance of the leadership team, EPOhas grown from a mill producing a single product category to a mill producing over 5 categories including: coating/lamination, tarpaulin, synthetic foamed/expanded leather, industrial use belt (running/conveyor), and hotmelt. Through this process, the team built extensive know-how and technologies to incorporate up and downstream production methods.

National Treasure Level Prodction Team

Despite only being a decade-old company, our production team is comprised of top-ranking experts in their areas of specialty with over 30+ years of experience. These areas of expertise include: textile & plastics composition, formulation, adhesives, calendar extrusion, surface treatment and printing, heat press, steel and vacuum embossing, and foaming/expanding. There are no other facilities in Taiwan with a production team as complete as EPO.

Quality Control

In addition to ISO 9001/14001:2015 certified, EPO has implemented quality requirements used in the pharmaceutical industry, EPO is the industry leader in quality control and assurance. Starting from incoming raw materials, the items are tested for its compliance to the agreed standard with the supplier. One production is commenced, each process has its incoming and outgoing check. Once the product is complete, it is sent to the materials lab for testing before being shipped out to the client. Each product has its own master file for formulation, SOP, equipment settings, and material testing standards. As a result, this leaves no room for systematic error.
